I couldn't think of a cartoon character to represent Joe Biden's own open mic gaffe that was more ridiculous than the man himself. Any ideas?

    BTW, any resemblance an armed and loaded Elmer Fudd may have with Benjamin Netanyahu on the cusp of the IAEA report outlining Iran's presumed nuclear capabilities is strictly coincidental.
